DAVOS: It's day-1 of the World Economic Forum and here are the numbers; in 2020, it was estimated that companies worldwide spent $7.5 billion on DEI-related efforts -- $9.4 Billion in the year 2022, a figure that is projected to more than double to $15.4 billion by 2026 and $24.3 Billion by 2030.

Although the state of DEI efforts varies by company, industry and geography, a growing number of management teams have recognized the importance and urgency of leading conversations within their organizations and taking action to drive progress.

Yet at the current rate it will take another 151 years to close the global economic gender gap at all levels.

The number of unsolicited inquiries that we've had at InclusionScore about the ISO-30415 Standard has doubled in the first month of 2025, despite attacks in DEI in the American News.

We don't see a slow down in the need for Workforce Resilience efforts, because the 2024 insurance market for Directors & Officers policies of $25 Billion is experiencing a rise in premiums of 15-25% annually. Standardization and professionalization of reporting and execution respectively will be key in the latter part of this decade. Listen to the Ama Agyapong show during the most recent ISO-30415:DISM Forum. She is an Atlanta based EEO Auditor speaking to New York based Employment Attorney Mahir S. Nisar.

To get certified in The Standard or use it to manage the portfolio of workforce resilience services that you'd like to provide to all of your stakeholders consult us at InclusionScore.
